Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I went there looking for a very specific pair of screws that attach a cage to my hockey helmet. The place was packed with customers and the only available person to help me was in the middle of his lunch. The guy put his lunch down and went hunting in the back room. He emerged 2 mins later with exactly what I needed. I was blown away when he said no charge it’s on the house. Thank you guys! Without your help I wouldn’t be playing in my first game tonight!

Broke my 15 year old step in board bindings at Kirkwood earlier and still had 2 more days at the slopes at Heavenly. The guys set me up, helped me out, and explained everything. Amazing service. I never fill out google reviews but I had to after this guy went out of his way to walk through everything and set me up with some new flows!
