The Bike Smith staff are experienced, friendly and appreciate our business during the last year. They've been providing excellent service especially given the lack of new bicycles due to the challenges in international trade. They take care of my three bicycles. I'm happy to support their work in the community.

Great people. But I did take my bike in a few days ago telling them that my bike tire always goes flat and that I saw some goat heads in it. I had asked them if they wouldn't mind changing it and they just told me to leave it and didn't bother helping after that. This is why I gave a 3 star review.

They took good care of me on a recal/warranty, on an older bike I didn't buy there. Great service. Also I rented some ebikes for the weekend and had a ball
