This is a great store to do Amazon returns! The return area is all the way in the back of the store, that's so you have to see all the stuff Kohl's has for sale. Parking is really easy and there's not often any line at the return desk. Just make your return online and then bring what you wanna return right here! EASY!

They need more people on the floor. Having someone speak to you in Spanish near the pants earlier treating you like an employee and not Understanding Spanish the only option to say sorry I don't work here. Cause obvious they needed help. Also an employee completely refused to help us today at Checkout standing in line empty registers at an empty store Jessica looking at us walks up to the register and some random dude comes walking up to the and she helps him. Along with another employee who was to busy to help us on the phone which we were willing to wait she then comes up tells us we can go to customer support and they can help us there and walks away from us. Rude employees.

Super friendly staff.nAmazon return was easy . they print return address and boxed my return I got refund instant .nHad a store return the next day . same super easy .nThe cashier cleaned counter after the customer and then waved me over .nWay to go kohls . love my experience .
