I would give them zero stars if I could. I called yesterday from my store to see if they had an item in stock for a distraught young parent that we didn't have. Not only was the associate completely clueless about her own inventory, she was completely ugly to me after I asked her to go check on a product for me. There was no sense in sending this young man all the way across town if they didn't have the item in stock!! She has absolutely no business working in customer service with an attitude like that. Unfortunately, that's not the first time I've had to deal with their staff just being hateful for no reason. It says a lot about what standard they hold their staff to, and it's not impressive. Please save yourself the disappointment and shop somewhere else!

It is a horrible place. A pharmacy in a 3rd world country is way better than this CVS, They don't have anything in stock and hiding theirselves behind pandemic. They don't have thermometer, no Vitamin C, Oximeter, No tylenol,.... What do you have? Just close the store than or order accordingly.

I go to the pharmacy. They don't realize I'm standing there for a long time. I go to try to pick up a prescription med. They don't have It. I try to drop off an expired med. They don't have that service. I try to get a quick passport photo. The staff doesn't keep the camera charged and can't take one. What exactly is the purpose of a pharmacy again?

The app for their pharmacy is not reliable. I did an order and the time kept changing that I could pick them up. When I called two days after requesting the refills I was told they had just gotten the orders an hour ago. This used to be the best pharmacy in the area but boy are they going down hill fast. They just don't care enough to honor their commitments anymore even though they send out emails with the confirmations.
