Tall Pine Resort

I have come to Tall Pines Resort for years to relax, fish, watch the wildlife. The Owner (The Green's), Darlene, Melvin and all the other staff have always been kind, and welcoming me back to their place.nIt is where I recharge by relaxing. I treat it reverently and love the fishing. Enjoy and take care of it for all to follow.

Beautiful location. Cabins are properly maintained during your stay. Excellent fishing in the lake. Staff are friendly and responsive. Town is a few minutes away if you need to make a run to Der Market or one of the excellent local eateries.

This was a very nice experience for us. The owners are are friendly and let us know we were welcome. The fishing was fun and about what we thought it would be. I would recommend this place to my friends.

This is an absolutely beautiful place. It is nestled in the woods in the mountains just down the road from Red River, New Mexico. They stock their pond with Rainbow Trout. The cabins and roads are a bit rustic, but I love going here. It is also a bird watchers haven.

2018 we stayed at this location and loved it!! 2019 - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN. I'M 51 YEARS OLD AND DO NOT DESERVED TO BE YELLED AT, DISRESPECTED, AND LIED TO. We are a Christian family and treat people the way we would like to be treated. I tried to apologize even thou I didn't know what we had done wrong, but Darlene refused to accept it. She stated once we left we would never cross her mind again, what OWNER of a resort speaks to a 800.00 paying customer like that!! Cabin had some problems, but we dealt with it, fishing was full so we really didn't get to fish, then the owner screams at me as we are checking out and informs me we are not welcome there again!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Plus she also stated upon arrival that maybe she needed to take more medication to deal with everyone!! A business owner acting like this!! Never again.
