Overpriced and outdated rooms. Small round toilets hard to use by normal sized adults. Staff service was swift and prompt. Pluses included tons of hot water for showers and being conveniently located to resort lifts.

I attempted to book a room online to no avail as the site wasn’t working properly. I called them directly for assistance in booking a stay and I was astounded by how rude the lady was. When I turned down the travel insurance she acted like I had just insulted her, then when I asked the rate for lift tickets she literally went off and finally hung up on me. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior. While we are still going to Angel Fire ( first time there) we will defiantly find somewhere else to stay.
