Oh My Gosh! This hotel is awesome. Cleanest hotel I've ever been in. They go out of their way to make sure EVERYTHING is CLEAN. Staff has great hospitality skills. Everyone is attentive and helped with tourist attractions. We took a video of the deer that were grazing at the hotel. Beautiful creatures right at the hotel. We were on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view and a pine tree right outside our window. The fresh air and smell of pine added to our enjoyment. We visit Craig often. This is where we'll stay. Reasonably priced for the excellent service, clean/pleasant room and the comforts of home. Oh and the free breakfast is a real breakfast not just muffins and bananas.

We thought covid-19 had killed the hospitality part of the hospitality industry. That has been or travel experience the last year. At the best western in Craig they have safety measures, but hospitality remains strong. The last at the front desk was great! Our kids thought the grab and go breakfast was like having their own shack bar and the food was better than most continental breakfasts. The pool was open, but limited. It was a great little surprise gem on our road trip.

We had to find a place to stay last minute. I absolutely loved this place. My family and I have had to find a hotel to stay at last minute a couple times before this. And this has been the best one for far. Front desk was amazing and understanding. I needed extra shampoo and conditioner due to how long my hair is ud83dude06 the indoor pool was well kept up on. The beds we're so comfortable. My daughter fell asleep so fast. Another feature I liked is an area upfront where you can purchase food and drinks. And the calzones are good! The breakfast was awesome! Great choices to choose from.

Wow! I stopped here after driving for six hours. The weather was about to turn for the worst and my eyes were hurting so I figured I’ll stop here. The next hotel would be at least an hour and a half away and I still had three hours of driving to get home. I was very shocked at how nice this hotel is! The lady at the front desk that has brown hair and glasses was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. She was helpful and the room was exceptional! I really liked how it had a mini kitchen with all of the amenities. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were too. I liked everything about this hotel. I highly recommend!

Great place to stay when visiting Craig. The motel night staff was wonderful and very helpful. They are very accommodating, and the rooms were very clean. Thanks for making our annual trip to Colorado memorable each year.
