Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Great free breakfast! Bonus that the hotel was pet friendly. Would give A+, would stay again!

Clean and inexpensive

Great place to stay, staff is super friendly and helpful even while wearing masks due to Covid 19. The rooms are great and very clean, the beds comfortable, and they are dog friendly!

The property itself is a fantastic mountain gem. I did not expect this quality of property in such a remote part of the state. The common areas are inviting and well-decorated. Our room was spacious and stylish, with wonderfully high ceilings. The staff, however, needs a serious overhaul.nnFirstly, Shannon charged more than the rate on my reservation through Trip Advisor and still hasn't corrected the problem. Be wary of booking through them. Apparently, they are not held to the rate on your reservation, which states the taxes and fees included in the total. While overcharging our card, she had the class to repeatedly attempt to flirt with my husband and got an attitude reminiscent of sophomore year of high school with me. He was extremely uncomfortable with such unsolicited attempts and I felt incredibly disrespected. I noticed the same flirtatious behavior on two separate trips with tradesmen at the front desk. She is clearly lonely, but her behavior was totally inappropriate for any married couple, much less people who are supposed to be guests and treated with hospitality. You are at work, not the bar. The other young man and young woman working at the front desk were kind and courteous, but the experience with Shannon was enough to make our stay uncomfortable.nnMost of the staff did not wear masks. Cleaning was sub par in the room. On the grounds, garbage was left to pile up in cans. People were throwing piles of trash in the parking lot and no one was cleaning it up. Food safety was not a priority, with breakfast burritos being left out all morning at room temperature. They are clearly understaffed, but I would expect better from a property like this. I hope they can find people with more respect for others and their positions because this property could be wonderful in the right hands

Extra clean rooms. best rooms I've seen in my last 40 various hotel stays no dust even above the doors.
