Wonderful modern style hotel. Great service at all times. I really enjoyed my stay here. I can recommend this hotel to all others. They really go out of their way to make sure you are treated right.
The staff are enthusiastic, caring, and they go absolutely above and beyond to help their guests. i have worked in the restaurant/hotel industry for sometime so i’m normally looking with a little scrutiny but, not with limelight. Their service is top notch. If you stay here you won’t regret it!
Recently stayed at this hotel in February 2021, first to find the hotel is not easy, when you finally get to it its not completely clear where to park, it looks like you are entering a apartment complex instead of a hotel. Basically you have to find your way in to the hotel. Once you finally figure out at the reception they received you with a dry welcome, nobody looked like they where happy working there. They don’t offer you any service, you have to ask for them for somebody to take your luggage and yes the rate was for a $620 dollar a night hotel.nRooms where small but very nice and clean. Don’t eat at the restaurant, please don’t waist your money the prices are comparable to a Capitol Grill restaurant but service and food is at a 2 star or bellow average. If you ask me there are better options to stay in Aspen.
Beautiful newly built hotel in a great position in Snowmass.nThe restaurant is pretty good, and has a fun happy hour. It is very nice to seat outside by the fire even on a cold day.nMy main complain would be that the hotel charges $30 per night when you bring your pet, which is quite expensive.
This is my first time writing a review for a product/ service ... but, everything during our 8-night stay was so perfect that I wanted to share it with people researching this hotel.nFist of all, the rooms are designed to make your experience as comfortable as possible ... hooks, drawers - plenty of storage space everywhere. Then, the way the rooms are cleaned every day is amazing ... the staff is super attentive of your needs (we got extra towels, more waters - without even asking). My kid turned 8 years old during our stay, the staff got us a candle and cookies...nEveryone was extremely friendly, nice and helpful.nIt was a real pleasure, and we are looking forward to staying here again!
