This is one of the few actual hotels in Leadville (lodging with a private bathroom), and it was solidly average.nnThe room was clean save for some small cobwebs near the ceiling. It looks like they clean everything you would actually touch, though.nnThe bed and pillows were thin and felt cheap, but they were adequate.nnThe walls are pretty thin, both to the rooms next door and the hallway. I left my bathroom fan running all night to drown out the noise from the families with young kids also staying here.nnThe staff was friendly and helpful. 5 stars for them.
Our favorite hotel to stay in when skiing Cooper. Perfect location, close to grocery store and gas stations. Parking lot is always well maintained. Good price and service. Generally they serve breakfast also, but are remodeling right now. But there are several great little restaurants for that (Silver Llama was our favorite). Will stay again.
Silver King inn is a great friendly family-owned place with clean comfortable rooms. I came here for a few days just to get away from home I'm a relaxed. I was not disappointed. I would recommend silver King inn all day long
We loved our room. It was a 2nd floor double queen with a small outside sitting area. Perfect for hubby and me and our 2 dogs. Clean and comfy. We had 3 windows, meaning there was great cross ventilation making it cool yet sunny. Affordable, too. We'll be back for sure.
My stay there was excellent! Quite, clean, it's right next to a gas station and a food market, I enjoyed it! Staff was awesome as well!
