This place was AMAZING! So close to everything and offering every type of amenity — The Grand Canyon room was the perfect place to relax and rest our heads after a long day of skiing at Cooper. Thank you so much to the kind hosts and, should we return, this will be our go to. Highly recommended!

Incredible space, room was small but good (Yellowstone). The great thing was the shared space and talking with others. Kitchen had industrial size gas 6 burner stove and oven - perfect for cooking meals. Tons of resources, beautiful place. Stay here if you’re stopping by Leadville.

Found this place on AirBnb; it is a good price for what you get. We stayed in the Joshua Tree room and I would suggest it to anyone who doesn't mind not having their own bathroom. Mainly we enjoyed it because it is upstairs and doesn't share a wall with anyone. Our favorite thing was hanging out in the common room and playing pool/ping pong - it's a very nice setup. My only complaint is that the hot tub was advertised as being at 104° but it was more around 89°... needless to say, we didn't stay in long. Other than that, it is in a prime location and you can walk to anything in town! We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here!!! We got a great deal at 70 bucks a night. The rooms were private and gorgeous, all having large windows to enjoy the view. SO ROMANTIC. The location was spectacular - a five minute walk from the Main Street shops and a fifteen minute scenic drive from Ski Cooper. They had a hot tub, a pool/ping pong table, board games, a hot sauna, workout room, community and private fridge, and even all the necessary cooking tools/spices. (If you’re planning on cooking to save money, I would suggest checking out the community fridge for ingredients they might already have. I.E. We bought eggs and cheese for no reason). There was plenty of parking and everyone was so kind. Each door also has a digital look for security, with guests having their own private code. The ONLY very minor downfall was a towel shortage. Each person gets one towel for the stay, which I don’t mind reusing after a shower, but I chose to air dry after hot tub visits. That was no big deal though - and we cannot wait to come back next year for our ski trips from now on!!!! I’ve been coming to Colorado to ski for 15 years, and this was the best stay yet.

I loved my stay and just wish I had more time to use the hot tub & sauna and relax in the spacious common areas where everyone was extremely nice. Bathroom had a mesmerizing disco light shower and a couch! Super cozy king bed. Cute mountains town and a beautiful drive to get to the slopes. I’ll definitely be back.
