We have been coming here for vacation for 15+ years Donna and her late husband Jon are some of the best people!
Ores and Mine is in a perfect location to enjoy a precious part of Colorado, with beautiful views and easy access for all outdoor adventures, any season. This is a charming B&B featuring woodwork, trophies and local history that is graced by an owner whose family goes back generations.n( She and the Unsinkable Molly Brown were married in very different eras but nevertheless in the same church in Leadville. )nMy stay was the perfect combo of rugged and pampered Old West with plenty of now current hospitality. Thank you!
Immediately became family, I could have not asked for a better part of our vacation. So much history and love in this home. We will be back as soon as I can to talk with Donna and her grandson. More of a destination, than just a place to sleep.
Love this place! Beautiful and amazing! Owners were so welcoming and hospitable! Highly recommended!
Stayed one night when in town for Leadville 100 MTB race. Accommodations were cozy and homey. Breakfast was excellent and Donna, our hostess actually made breakfast 2x, once for the husband's who were racing at 5 am and a second time for the wives a few hours later. Would highly recommend. Beautiful view on her back deck of Twin Lakes.
