Wonderful experience with John and Michelle (and Lucy and Charlie too!). They went above and beyond. Breakfasts were wonderful and tasty and gave great advice on hike and restaurants close. And the conversation was wonderful! Great weekend getaway! Thank you!
Absolutely wonderful. Peaceful, beautiful. Breakfast is very good! Michelle and John are such wonderful people. We will always try to stay here if it's available when we come out. We ended up staying an extra day because we loved it so much. They are dog friendly. Smoke friendly. Come and go as you please. Hot tub is so nice to get into after a fun day of traveling. I can't say enough good things about this place. Stay here and you'll have a wonderful experience like we did.
John and Michelle are excellent hosts! My wife and I visited over Valentines weekend 2020. John and Michelle went out of their way to recognize our anniversary with a nice bottle of bubbly, which was much appreciated. The hot tub, scenery, wildlife (10-12 elk walking through), conversation, and food all make Elk Run a great place to visit. Thanks John and Michelle! Look forward to being back.
This is the best town to just sit back and chill
Awesome is the only word we can use to describe our visit! Michelle is just wonderful. The accommodations were beautiful. Comfy bed, nice bathroom, dog friendly, tasty breakfasts, great conversation. The surroundings are perfect. Highly recommend!
