Great pro service as expected from REI. Extremely slow. Looks like their paperwork is not organized or something. It takes about 15 min to login the bike service request and process it.nBut if you have time to tolerate it when it is great
Good mechanics, nice folks, but be prepared to spend an eternity dropping off or picking up your bike.
