Simple Solar

Must say, this is by far the best experience I've ever had with any construction project. The best part I would say is the attention to communication. Nothing was missed. I had Sean come to my door and although I looked at many other companies before he assured me what he was offering was different. He's right it was very different. After explaining everything to me and my husband we decided we were going to move forward. After making the sale, I was contacted by a customer service representative named Berenice at their office and she introduced herself and told me that she would be my personal concierge through the project, and keep me updated through every step. She kept true to her word with every update along the project she let me know where we were. We did have a delay in permitting but she let me know that the building department requested for a change in the permit and they got it fixed in 2 days. When the install was happening she confirmed the time with me, Sean showed up as well, and the install crew was exactly on time. They explained everything that would happen, walked me through the process, and answered all of my questions. You can tell the crew was very happy about the work that they were doing. They stayed an extra 30 minutes after install walking around the yard to make sure there weren't any scraps or pieces of trash laying around. Highly highly recommended!! You rock Simple Solar!!

Simple Solar is a great company who is committed to taking great care of their customers and doing good for the planet, and the people they employ, and the partners they work with. I have worked with them on many solar projects and have great respect for who they are and the service they deliver. They care about every customer and that goes a million miles!

My husband and I made the decision to go solar and we are so glad we did!! We live in Tulare, Ca. (Central Valley) and have had the great pleasure to have worked with 2 of THE BEST associates. Michael Mets and James Watson are AWESOME! they have walked through our entire process with us every step of the way. Any questions we had were answered promptly at all hours of the day! Truly great people to work with. We very highly recommend going with Simple Solar and these two wonderful gentlemen.

Amazing company to work with, everything was fast and my house looks amazing with the new panels. Ryan was amazing at explaining everything! Even though my husband was working out of town, Ryan was with me for over an hour and with my husband through factime and explained everything to both of us and was so patient since we were completely new at this. Thank you Simple Solar for having such amazing employees like Ryan to help us out!
