Royalty Roofing is a 5-Star outfit. Working with Russell was pleasant, thorough and easy. He took the time to listen to my concerns and offer various ideas for the roof repair. He provided attention to detail and made sure I would be happy with the results. The entire process was a positive experience. Everyone I dealt with at Royalty Roofing was courteous, professional and friendly. I recommend Russell and this excellent company to anyone who wants great service from beginning to completion.

Royalty was the only company we had to the house that identified storm damage. This not only resulted in insurance money to help with our new roof, but also permitted us to get new roofs on all 3 buildings (house, garage and covered bar).nnFrank was with us from start to finish and was awesome throughout. He kept us informed in what, how and when - as well as how each step of the process worked.nnThe quality of Royalty’s work is top notch - and our house and garage are not simple roofs. We have lots of angles and even more cuts but they look beautiful now!nnI highly recommend that if you need roof work of any kind that you contact Royalty. You will be happy with the result!

One day I noticed that I had a few shingles detached from my roof. I'm a new home owner and did not know that this issue could have been caused by a windstorm in my area. Luckily before climbing up on the roof to secure what had fallen off, I contacted Elizabeth from royalty roofing. She came right out to inspect the damage and she educated me on what had happened and where we would go from there. She made herself constantly available to me. She worked closely with my insurance and inspector and was able to have my insurance sign off on a complete roof replacement. Within a week or two I was picking out shingles for the repair. She had a team install the roof of my choosing, they finished in one day. The overall experience of top tier professionalism and customer service blew me away. I can't recommend this company enough. I've had nothing but good experiences with everyone I've worked with from Royalty Roofing. I trust in their workmanship and devotion to customer service. I intend to use their services again shortly for another project at another property. I don't see myself ever turning to another roofing company. Royalty roofing has been the best!

They listen to what I needed and even sent someone out to help me talk with the insurance adjuster ..they were recommended to me by my son after they put a new roof on his home. When I got wind damaged during the last storm they came out right away to assess my damage and even put a tarp on my roof. Very courteous and attentive to what I needed. Zach was awesome...you won't be sorry you called.

They did a good job and got it done quickly once they got to me. Took them 4 months to get to me from the time I put half down on the work to be performed. Price was very good also. Elizabeth was very good having to come over multiple times to measure and going a little out of her way to satisfy the customer.
