Travelodge by Wyndham Lake George NY

We loved this location with a gorgeous mountain view and outdoor pool. The king bed plus bunk bed room was spacious and perfect for our family. AC worked well too. Price was good too. Their plan is to tear down the Cloud 9 next door and build a 6 story hotel on this incredible spot. That will be spectacular. We'll be back!

The worst experience I ever had in my life staying in a hotel and I travel all over the world. Even hotels in third world countries are better than this hotel. The customer service/ front desk was terrible. The rooms were not sanitary. The bathrooms were not clean and there were no towels In one of the rooms. There was a moldy odor, there was a stray cat that was running around, entering people’s bedrooms. The cat pooped on the stairs and they never clean up the cat poop. Meanwhile flies were hovering over the poop and flying all over. It was disgusting. All in all it was the worst hotel stay experience I ever had. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Shame on the people who run this place.

Hotel was good but the staff behavior was so bad.Specily the black lady...oh my God.She don’t know anything.she don’t have good manners as well. Hotel management should talk to her .Hotel gonna lose their customers only for her.i never go there

Worst motel I've ever stayed in. Do not book here. Filthy, no blankets for one of the beds, no coffee in the kitchen, tv was broken, took ages to check-in (nobody in the office, sent to the wrong room, then key would not work). Felt sorry for the one, overrun staff member, seemed to be in charge of the entire place. Not good. The owners should be ashamed of operating such a dump.

nice view, damp smell in rooms, no cleaning, dirty shower curtains, wifi does not work and was vital because theres poor service in the mountains, and they refused to give extra towels.
