Shanley Hotel

Most amazing and terrifying night of my life. The Shanley Hotel is the real deal if you’re looking to experience the paranormal. I stayed at the hotel with my mother and we had dozens of experiences, from a door shutting in my face, closing my mother in a pitch black room by herself, to the feeling of someone watching in the shadows. Even a very personal experience with a passed family member speaking to us. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and made our stay phenomenal, but the real hosts are the spirits of the house. I walked into the hotel already being a believer in the paranormal, but after leaving I’m not sure I will ever go searching for it again.

Unique experience. Entertaining night out whether you are skeptic or believer. Beds were very comfortable bathrooms are shared but not inconvenient. Only down side is a 10am checkout which is a little rough if you have been up very late exploring the house. The owner has a great story of how she took on the house recently and you can see she is so passionate about what she does. Recommending this as a little adventure.

Beautiful bed and breakfast. Rooms are cute and comfortable. Very clean place to stay. Lots of space inside. If you are into historical buildings and/or haunted locations, the Shanley Hotel has plenty of both to satisfy you. I will absolutely be going back to spend another night.

This place is awesome! You come here for the experience and not for a good nights sleep. This place is the real deal if you are even a bit skeptical when it comes to the paranormal. Uncle Tom has an interesting sense of humor which jives with the atmosphere. Some hotels claim to be haunted, this one really is!

Amazing place! Staff are beyond accommodating to their guests. If I could give 6 stars I would.nOur group had such an incredible time there. The place is rich in history and legends. Don't second guess it... simply book it. You won't be disappointed.
