The front desk wasn't straight forward or honest with me about breakfast and other amenities being closed due to covid. Still had to pay full price. The front desk also didn't wear masks. And when my tv didn't work, the girl from the front desk came into my room, door shut behind her, with NO MASK ON, to sit and tinker around with my TV. So disrespectful. Especially when it was obviously clear that we were concerned about cleanliness and safety. Also a rip off. Was not a pleasant stay.
Decent place. Stayed over night. Very clean and the front desk staff were nice.
Went there late night (3am) and they don’t have any room but front desk guy was super nice and somehow arranged me one room.My manager should book the room but he didn’t and I was almost return but he told me he gonna try and finally they have one room for emergency purposes and he let me use that room. Humanity still alive,thank you so much and god bless you.
I take my reviews very seriously as I know how they can affect a business. That said, If I could give this place 0 Stars or even a negative 5 stars I would. Don't go here, I repeat do not go to this hotel. It is horrible and the nighttime(graves)employee is rude, aggressive, and harasses the guests. I would never stay here again even if it was the last "resort" definitely not pun intended. They also charged my card for unauthorized charges. Worst place I've ever stayed.
It was clean room was very small had an old '70s couch staff was awesome
