Trailer Park Auble

I was told by Phil two days in a row that he would get back to me about a trailer that he had for sale. He never called back. He never answered his phone during the day. When he was called in the evening, he yelled asking why he was called at that time. Mind you it was only 830 PM. I would never call this place again. Phil thinks he is better than any one around him. If I didn’t have to give a star to write my review I wouldn’t. I don’t give this place any stars. Only negative ones. The only decent person there is the gentleman he has working for him. At least he is honest with you and will call or text you back.

My grandmother passed away last Monday and the landlord has already contacted a lawyer after no attempt to contact my family directly to try and bully us into cleaning out her trailer. We all are working people who lost a loved one and are being bullied it’s horrifying and awful. My grandmother passed very quickly after getting a her cancer diagnosis, we had no time to react no time to plan for a death. I cant believe how evil Phil the owner is, I hope he has a loved one die and feels the same added and unnecessary stress. In a small community I hope people can continue to call out this aggression and purely corrupt dealing of this complete jerk.

I have lived here for 12years and the owner is best person ever, he is kind, 1 call and Phil is on the ball to save the day,ud83eudd17I'm never leaving here........

Decent I lived in aubles for years when younger nice trailers awful land lord

Called to ask about moving a trailer I wanted to purchase and move. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, profane and hung up on me as I was trying to coordinate a time to meet and talk in person. I strongly recommend that this person should not get business with unsavory practices such as these. Horrible experience 0/5 stars.
