Morning Glory Bed & Breakfast

Our hostess Laurie was helpful, cheerful, and very friendly. We felt more like family than guests. The accommodations are both attractive and comfortable. We stayed there in October and added another day because we liked it so much.

My wife and I had decided to spend our first wedding anniversary in the Finger Lakes for the weekend and we couldn't have picked a better place! Upon arrival, the welcoming greeting by Laurie was matched only by her attentiveness to all of our needs. After a gracious tour of the accommodations, we settled into our room feeling completely at home. As we had stayed in the master suite, the veranda was a highlight, offering seclusion to enjoy a glass of wine and relax . The eclectic style of the decor gave a feeling of each piece having its own story. Laurie serves a delicious and thoughtfully prepared breakfast, and as we stayed for two nights, both mornings we were able to enjoy the company of other wonderful couples staying at the bed-and-breakfast. Enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch, you are surrounded by an artful landscape. Having been to other bed and breakfasts in the past, none have compared to the welcoming and warmth during our stay. Laurie makes the Morning Glory what it is and we can't wait to stay there again!

We stayed over for one night and loved this charming B&B. The grounds were private and magical. Our room (Seneca) was lovely and comfortable. Wonderful antiques throughout. Large covered porch with plenty of comfy chairs. Laurie was so welcoming and accommodating and she made a fabulous breakfast. Sumptuous! Easy walk to village shops, taverns, and restaurants. Very, very quiet. No tv, which was fine with us. We hope to visit again!

What a wonderful place to stay! Laurie and Louie were gracious hosts and made us feel right at home. The house is amazing and welcoming. We will return again to Trumansburg to stay at Morning Glory.
