Destinations 613

Booked a reservation with Destinations 613 (aka National Jewish Convention) for the Passover 2020 program at the Hudson Valley Resort. Due to COVID-19, the program was cancelled. Here it is February 9th 2021 and I'm still waiting for a total refund for the amount paid. Calls to their office go unanswered. From one Jew to another...make this RIGHT! and give back the monies to those who gave it to you in good faith. I would like to receive a response from either Yossi Zablocki (owner) or Helen Glotzer (reservationist). Anyone associated with this organization should be embarrassed and ashamed.

Awesome experience! Yossi had the entire program running beautifully and was always available. Minyanim, food, activities..didn't know I could have such warm, Jewish environment at a hotel all the up the mountains!
