My husband and I decided to meet each other in Logan for our 1 year anniversary. We stayed at Best Western and I had called ahead of time to mention we may arrive early for our stay. When I arrived, the front desk was so nice and had our room ready for our stay I didn't have to worry about waiting time or anything was really nice for me to head to my room without wait! The housekeeping was really nice about any extra items we needed and was very friendly. My husband and I enjoyed the hotel amenities and the room was very comfortable! Even when we got breakfest in the morning the lady there was super nice and helped us with any questions we had! We was both very happy with our stay! Thank you Best Western for the enjoyable experience we had!
This is just a best western. There's no plus about it. The main street facade looks pretty nice and the on-line room photos make this look like a plus but don't let that fool you. It is very much average and dated. The heater was too loud to leave on and try to sleep. On the plus side, it was clean.
My husband and 3 year old granddaughter just stayed overnight for a quick get away. That night my granddaughter woke up vomiting. I had to call the front desk and request all new bedding and apologize. The gentleman that answered was so polite. He said that happens and he delivered all new bedding to my door within 5 minutes of calling him. That was amazing because my granddaughter got sick and then just wanted to lay right back down. I was so grateful that the bedding was delivered so quickly so that I could get her right back into bed. Thank you for being amazing.
Have stayed here before, clean rooms, nice pool, comfortable beds. I have a hard time with most hotel beds. These were great both times we have stayed. Cleaning staff is great.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and decent sized. I liked the layout of the bathroom. We stayed in a poolside room and it was so fun to be able to just go right to the pool whenever we want. We had such a fun family vacation and loved this hotel!
