Excellent hotel with excellent customer service and free Aggies creamery ice cream, which is almost as good as BYU Creamery ice cream ;)

Very nice hotel on campus
Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice. Area around the university is will taken care of. However, there is absolutely no sound buffer around the room doors. The walls and door to the hallway may as well be a sheet of paper. I could hear conversations happening clear down the hall word for word. Not just muffled talking.
Located on the Utah State University campus, the UI is a nice place to stay. The rooms were clean. Not terribly roomy, but enough space to be comfortable. There was a microwave oven and a small refrigerator in the room, which added a nice touch. They worked just fine and the refrigerator was quiet. While we stayed on a Friday night, it was quiet and calm. There is a good deal of construction taking place on campus near the hotel, so I suspect that it is not that quiet during the work week. But that should be a temporary issue.
