Great place. Great staff. A bit dated, but very clean! Lots to do on site. Had a bus that would take you anywhere! So convenient! Oh and they had an activity sheet each day, bingo, competitions, all fun things to do! Snow tubing on site, bring your own sleds, they have a spot to go sledding too,free!! A wonderful place to kick back and relax!

So many places on the resort weren't open at the stated times or were just closed. The same was true in the surrounding towns. I had called before heading there about things to do and should have realized that the lack of detail would be an issue. One bartender and the man at the bowling alley tried to give us ideas, but that didn't happen when we stopped by for information. The room above was loud and we could hear every movement. When we asked about re-locating no one contacted us, until we checked out early. Not worth the trip. Food at the cafe was good.

What a great experience. The hotel and staff were really good, attentive, and nice at all times. Many activities for kids and very friendly. The place was lively and each day there were new activities to do almost every hour. My girl friend is gluten free and they took extra care to remember her and make sure the food was made with her allergies in mind each and every time we eat. The food was really good. Couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. There are so many fun activities for both adults and children, you will never be bored. The food in both the main dining room and the care was delicious. I took away one star due to many of the arcade games being broken or out of tickets.

Checked in on a Saturday afternoon. Was told that snow tubing was closed for the remainder of the day and the whole next day due to weather. Mind you it had stopped raining and the forecast on Sunday was clear until late afternoon. Went to check out the game room and half the games were broken or didn’t dispense tickets. The furniture besides the ones in the main lobby were outdated and seemed to be there for years and years. Decided to go sledding which was great. My kids had a lot of fun. I would bring our own sleds if you have any though.nDinner Saturday was great. The food was really good and they give you a ton. It was Caesars theme night. The waitstaff was terrific and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. After dinner we went to buy s’more kits for the bonfire during the time it says they’d be avail. Walked into the gift shop and they were sold out. They had just gone on sale, how could they be sold out? The comedy show at night was entertaining but the waitress didn’t come over to take our drink order until 5 mins before the show was over so I thought that was strange.nBreakfast the next day we also good. Lots of food and the waitstaff just as friendly as the night before. After we decided to go in the indoor pool since I was told snow tubing was closed for the day. Pool seemed very crowded to me for a pandemic. People were on top of each other in the water. After the pool we asked the front desk as we checked out if the bowling alley and bounce house area was open for the day and was told yes. Got to the bounce house area and was told that they are weren’t supposed to be open today because they are short staffed and he just got back from working snow tubing. What? I thought snow tubing was closed all day? By now I’m fuming Because the purpose of going there was for snow tubing. I decided to go complain to management while my husband took the kids bowling. Well guess what, bowling was closed also!! None of the staff are on the same page there. I was told that workers didn’t show up because it was the last day of the season. No excuse! That’s ridiculous. The manager was very apologetic and took money off our bill but my kids were still upset that we weren’t able to do most of the activities that were promised to us. This resort needs to close down for a bit and redo everything and also hire new staff.
