Simply the best.nnMy girlfriend have stayed at the Blacksheep Inn three times since they’ve opened and just booked our fourth. Without question this is our favorite place to visit when we want a relaxing getaway from the city. Miranda and Simon are the the most incredible, hospitable and caring hosts and have done an outstanding job at making this Inn the beautiful, comfortable and relaxing place that it is.nnTo add to it all, Miranda and team prepare the BEST breakfasts you could ask for. All of the meals are vegan, and even if you’re not vegan (such as us) you’re sure to be blown away.nnOutside of everything that is great about staying here, the surrounding area has tons of great shops, restaurants, vineyards, breweries and much more. In the warmer months it’s also great to get out on the lake.nnCan’t wait to go back this summer!

My wife and I wanted to get away for the first time since our honeymoon. After a brief google search I found this Inn. It was well within our price range and worth it too. We went with the romantic getaway package. Upon arrival we had chilled local champagne and vegan chocolate waiting for us in our room. The whole house was warm and inviting, our room was immaculate, fresh and well decorated. I adored the glassware in our room.nnAs soon as you step onto the walkway to the front door of the black sheep inn you will feel as though you’ve traveled back to a simpler time of elegance and tranquility. The home feels like a living and working museum. The inn keepers are a warm and highly accommodating couple. As a mother and housekeeper It was a sigh of relief to stay the weekend with Simon and Miranda. It felt as though we were staying with family.nnThe breakfast was delicious and really showcased how delicious and filling vegan and gluten-free cuisine can be! My wife and I are not dedicated vegans however the weekend stay has persuaded us into a healthier plant based lifestyle.nnWe received Swedish massages in a private relaxing suite just across the hall from our room. The masseuse was very friendly and amazing at her job. This was my first ever massage and it was Magical!nnBefore the trip I had made an itinerary for us to follow but wound up so relaxed that we preferred to just stay in and stay local for the weekend, it was much needed! We visited the local beach park which was more like just a very small picnic park with a dock and a covered bbq area. Still very peaceful and serene! We had planned to go to the timerstone grill but instead ordered delivery from wise guys pizzeria, it was delightful!nnAll in all my wife and I have already planned on returning before the end of summer.nnIf you want a relaxing, quiet and comfortable getaway, look no further!

We booked two rooms for four adults to enjoy a few days in the Finger Lakes. We stayed four nights. Had a wonderful time exploring a tiny fraction of the options available in the area.nThe accomodatations were very comfortable, relaxing and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent. The building is an entertainment all by itself.nGreat time. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at the Black Sheep Inn during our visit to the Finger Lakes and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The owners, Simon and Miranda, were very kind and welcoming hosts. Simon was able to give us helpful recommendations for local restaurants and vineyards to visit and Miranda’s vegan breakfasts were delicious (we highly recommend the “full English breakfast,” if available!). The house itself is beautifully maintained and decorated and was a very comfortable place to stay.

Simon and Miranda are truly amazing hosts. Myself and my groomsmen stayed here a couple nights before my wedding. We were welcomed with amazing hospitality by the both of them, best Bed and Breakfest experience I've ever had. Simon's stories are very interesting and delightful. Miranda's cooking is out of this world, truly phenomenal. I recommend anyone to stay here, it was fun and thier style is something to admire! If I could give them a higher rating I would!
