Best Western Plus The Hammondsport Hotel

Just got off the phone from making a reservation with Sam at the Hammondsport Hotel. She was so pleasant and professional. We got exactly to room we hoped for at a very reasonable price ($85.50 per night) including a hot, socially distant breakfast. They have taken great care to protect their guests and employees. The pool won't be open, but that is totally expected for the winter, and Sam offered to place calls to restaurants and shops to find out what was open for me. That is just going above and beyond! (I thanked her, but won't be necessary.) We are excited for our stay!

Had a great experience here for a birthday trip for my wife. Every employee we met did an outstanding job. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and hot. Only complaint was the spotty internet connection. Otherwise, a fantastic stay!!

Friendly, helpful staff. Strong attention to Covid-19 discipline. New comfortable rooms. And my favorite - large showers with plenty of pressure and hot water. We will be regulars.

Great hotel. Clean and friendly heck we got actual breakfast not that silly paper bag that no one can eat. We had choices and it gets set up when you check in so all you need to do is grunt your room number and they prep your food on the spot. Only down side is the pool is closed due to Covid but I can totally forgive that.

Overall stay was good. Just wondering why they would put the coffee pot in the bathroom when there is clearly room on the counter under the microwave? Also,we wanted our room cleaned up,they were aware of a nice 14 hour window to do so when no one would be in the room. The room went untouched the entire 9 nights we stayed,sorry for the maid who had to clean the mess.
