Homes are to close together smells like septic but nice people in the park.

Ugggg bad roads ,terrible parking ,muddy ,just not a great place at all

New owner/owners neglect grounds care/snow removal for tenants, unnecessarily putting tenants at risk. Lack of response to tenants calls is inexcusable.nRe-visited...worse now than before...trailers on top of trailers, no play area for children. Owners strictly money hungry. Show no concern for tenants.

Been waiting 4 months for a denial letter required by law !!!!!! Refuses to return phone calls
