Holiday Inn Express & Suites Montgomery

Very nice ,clean and well staffed.. definitely would stay there again.

The room was cleanish and beds were comfortable. There were only 2 towels for 4 people the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, the bathroom light/fan was loose and hanging from the ceiling. To be fair it's in Newburgh so I didn't expect anything to be in good condition or clean.

The hotel was fine, but I saw enough people with no masks on including in the lobby, including while interacting with staff, and including staff themselves, that you lost all of your stats. Good job. I'll also be reporting that to NYS.

After traveling 14.5 hours it was so nice to come into a nice comfortable room and sleep. Great staff at the front desk.

Stayed in a room close to the elevator and all night we could hear the beep of the doors opening and closing. Elevator was full of water when we arrived from kids swimming at the pool. For being fairly new the walls and baseboards were fairly scuffed up. Beds were comfortable though.
