We bought a new house a couple years ago and there were some discoloration in the ceiling drywall so I called to get a few quotes for a new roof.nnI got a couple of quotes and one of them was also recommending to change our skylight, even though it was working perfectly, was of the highest grade on the market, and had no leaks.nnKevin, from M.H. White, came for a quote. He was the only one that climbed on the roof (rather than eyeing it from the yard) to have a look at it. After a few min of inspecting, he told us that as much as he'd love to work with us, that the roof was in great shape and didn't need replacement.nnI told him about the ceiling discoloration. He followed me inside to have a look at where the problem was, and hopped back on the roof to see if there was any damage in these areas. He mentioned that something had previously been patched but that it was still holding on and not a problem. He recommended to clean off the moss once a year and told me how to do it. This would make my roof last even longer.nnI really appreciated the honesty and the fact that he spent about 45 min with me even though he knew that this was not a sale (nor an upsell). Chris' crew sided the front of my house (formally cedar) and the craftsmanship, detail and brick mold they put around and on my windows is amazing! The workers were clean daily and very polite during the process. I plan to hire them in the near future to do some trim work around the exterior of my house. Thanks again Chris!

Really, good. Only giving four stars because at times was difficult to get a hold of it not 100% clear on things. Any issues we did have he did try to resolve. Overall very affordable professional. It wasn't him who directly did it but whoever he hired to do my gutters did leave a lot of nails in my yard and I did find some of them in my driveway. He was the most affordable guy I looked into and once he started the work it was done very quickly

Been waiting months for a window to be replaced. Was told someone would call to schedule, did not happen. Have left 5 messages with their answering service and no callbacks. Absolutely terrible!!
