Rapids Estates MHC

Just moved in, have been here 1 week. Very quiet and pleasent place to live. People mind to themselves and the grounds are well maintained for the most part. Newer mobile homes are being put up and the new management seems to be on the ball.

Homes too close together. Some driveways in such bad shape can't park a car. At least one has potholes so deep they are constantly filled with water, even during the dry summer. Standing water is breeding ground for mosquitos and other health hazards.

Terrible company hard to get into a place that they advertise trailers and won’t rent them out also the trailers are feet away from each other and the driveway is made of loose rocks they show u a picture of someone else’s trailer to draw u in than hit u with a that one is sold but we have more stay away from this place it’s a waste of time and money
