Stunning location with a huge yard. The dock easily accommodates our 30' sailboat. Turn left for the quiet backwater town of Cape Vincent and the ferry to Kingston, Canada or turn right toward the bustle of Clayton and Alex Bay. But to me the best thing to do is sit there and watch the world go by- I can spend a week here and never leave the property. Fishing off the dock, swimming with the family, watching the sunset, then a bonfire. Why leave?

this is a 2 bed room house being advertised to sleep 12. you do not want people to cook fish inside when the area is a fishing area.. no air conditioning and showers are designed for people 4 feet tall. I could go on but not worth my time.renters beware as this is far from advertised.

Spacious. Farther away from most attractions. Nice view of the river. Must bring sheets and pillow for bed. And all toiletry supplies. Great history within. Well refurbish.

Deceptive - picture of chairs looking at river does not show the 2 lane road with a blind curve to cross to go to the water. Advertises washer and dryer. They are across the street in owners house. We were told we could only wash 2 loads. We should use the laundromat to wash more. There is no air in the house which is fine except it was the most humid week of the summer. Floating dock is on land and the owner told us the paddle boat rudder falls out. Dishwasher and stove look like they came from the 70's and 2 of the bedrooms were extremely small with no closet or dresser.
