We have been frequenting Lake Placid for the last five years. This is one of the most ideal locations and friendly staff that we have encountered. For the price this is the best bang for your buck in the entire region of Lake Placid. There are some minor things that we would have like to see. There was a shelf by our motel toilet they made it practically impossible (uncomfortable) to use. The only other change the word like to see is a deadbolt or a lock on the doors from the inside. As they are now there’s only one lock and that’s from the outside with a number pad key code. Just placing a chain on the door or a deadbolt would have made better peace of mind.

This place was great. I could not have asked for a better place. The staff was amazing, the owner was a great host.nnThe cabin was so clean, and welcoming. My wife and kids just loved everything about the property. Very close to everything. My family can not wait til we return in may of 2021. Lance Keefer,

Great accommodations for my girlfriend and I while we did some peak-bagging over the long Christmas weekend. Rooms were incredibly cozy. Vlad, the owner m, was a great guy; he truly cares about his customer’s experience and shared with us his vision of constantly improving his facilities. Can’t wait to come back and try one of the cabins!

Good price. Very nice room with a great view. My only complaint would be the overwhelming fragrance of their cleaning products.

From one business owner to another...I appreciate the authenticity and character of the owner Vlad. The rooms are adorable and cozy. My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights so we could peak bag and it offered everything we needed, even a fire pit to drink our beers by at the end of the day. Highly recommend!
