Northway Motel

After a HORRIBLE experience with Alpine Motor Inn, I was so thankful for Lindsey at this establishment. I can't remember the gentlemen's name but the both of them made my mother and I very comfortable with one of their 2bdrm rooms. Also they were very reasonably priced and the room was immaculate......a very beautiful and quaint motel. If you are looking for a place to stay, you could never go wrong by choosing this motel. Thank you for your hospitality!!!!

Super friendly owner!! Place is outdated but cute nonetheless. Worth every penny. My daughter didn't want to leave!!

Cost is very reasonable. Nice and cleannand comfortable.

Good price, clean, but outside pool not working

On June 19-20 2012 my wife and I road our Harleys to Lake Placid, NY. After looking at many other places, I almost aborted this trip due to a lack of favorable reviews for most of the places to stay. Most had an unreasonable cancellation policies of 1-2 weeks and 2 night minimum. Anyone who rides knows the importance of weather and how impossible it is to know what it might be like even 1 week out.nThe Northway Motel had very good reviews, a very friendly staff, good location for us, very affordable, very clean and a 72 hour cancellation policy which is very fair and reasonable! This allowed a much better observation of upcoming weather conditions. It even was within walking distance to a convenient store accross the street for coffee, beer, snacks, etc. Would definitely recommend this motel, will use again!
