I am really unsure of the disconnect as to why these guys have such good reviews and why I have such an issue. I bought a house recently where the roof was replaced by them a couple months prior. I was happy to not have to worry about getting a new roof put on for a long time. I will say the attic was a complete disaster. They did not clean up after themselves. There were also nails and garbage left all over the outside of the house. I also noticed a few areas where the siding was damaged and a neighbor advised me it happened when they did the roof. And then it snowed into my attic. I called and they came out right away to fix it. Appreciated the quick response, but it means nothing is the work isn't done properly.nnFast forward a couple months, I have had other roofing companies come out to inspect the roof and let me know their thoughts. It seems like this roof was not installed properly. I can confirm that because part of it just blew off in this storm we are having. I would call them to have them fix it as it is under warranty, but why would I bother? I am just having a new roof put on properly so that I don't have to deal with this anymore. Just to repeat, I am having a brand new roof put on a house that just had a brand new roof put on less than a year ago because of how bad a job they did.
Hal came out to give me an estimate on a problem I had with my vent. He realized that it was a 2 min fix and completed it himself on the spot as a courtesy! It saved me time and money! I will definitely be calling him again when we need work done. Thank you!!!
