Sassafras Bed & Breakfast

We are so happy that we stayed there!!!! It was the smartest thing we did. The home is beautiful and very homey. The breakfast was always delicious. We got a tour from Audrey and got to know Ken very well through the stay. Ken brought us up to date on Buffalo and the changes there. The house was centrally located for all we wanted to see and do. We were so sad leaving. It felt like we were leaving home. We just loved it there and will be back. It was the most beautiful bed and breakfast we have ever seen.

My husband and I spent three wonderful days with owner Audrey and chef, Ken over the 4th of July weekend. The accommodations and amenities were top notch. Beds comfy, modern conveniences, central AC, shaded front porch to have your morning tea/coffee with pastry. Audrey allowed us to store our bicycles in the garage. Ken's culinary skills are delicious. Presentation outstanding on the fruit filled crepes, home made bread pudding, flavorful seasoned scrambled eggs and confectionary sugar topped French toast. Accommodated our need for an earlier breakfast to suit our schedule. Audrey has the perfect balance between being available yet giving you free reign and privacy within the tastefully decorated home. Can't say enough about our stay there. We would have no hesitation in recommending the Sassafras B&B or staying there again. Walking distance to ice cream, library, stores of all kinds, other historical houses.

Wonderful historic home 2 doors away from library with late hours and walk to cute shops. Lovely big breakfast, only 10 miles to downtown Buffalo and 25 miles to Niagara Falls. Lush neighborhood and heard the garden tours are here! Will come back and recommend it to everyone!

Audrey is a very nice woman...her establishment is very nice and cozy...Ken the breakfast cook makes excellent food.....I will be returning in the futureud83dude0a
