I would definitely recommend this business. I just purchased a bicycle from them. Kate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me to pick the perfect bike for my needs. She was very attentive but not at all pushy which I appreciated. She showed me how to disassemble and reassemble for transporting. She was very patient with my hundreds of questions as this was this was the first bike in almost 35 years that I have purchased. I will definitely be using them to service and repair my bike in the future.

I am super happy I found the bike I was looking for at this shop and I drove about 3.5 hours to get it. My local bike shops couldn’t begin to get this bike for another year and half due to the pandemic. The entire process with the folks at this shop was A+. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made my entire experience perfect.nnMario did an amazing job setting up the bike. He spent all kinds of time tweaking the fit and then making sure I knew the basics of how to maintain it. He made recommendations for accessories, but didn’t push anything on me. I did a quick spin the day after I got home, but today took it out for the first real ride and it was AWESOME! Thanks so much, guys! Wish I lived closer because I would definitely make you my home bike shop.nnP.S. The Sloop Juice Bomb is amazing! I should have picked up more.

You guys made our day when you said you could help us fix up the 1988 Peugeot for our daughter to be able to ride it. You guys had a very caring attitude and that alone won us over BIG TIME. The bike is running smoothly and she is having fun! I also get to go down memory lane every time I see it and create new memories with my daughter. What a great team of experts, Kate and the team answers all my concerns and help with sizing,and comparison between the models, they even listen to my stories (LOL). I was able to get the bike sooner than expected, what a bonus. I would recommend them and will continue personally to use them.

Very responsive...responded to my inquiry about the availability of a couple of bikes within about 15 minutes on a day they were closed. Later on, Mario spent the time necessary to talk about the bikes when I inquired to learn more. He helped guide me so I could make the best choice between the 2 bikes. When I made up my mind, he held the bike for me until I was able to pick it up on the weekend. Overall they are a great bike shop to do business with!
