Hilltop House Bed & Breakfast

Absolutely spotless gorgeous welcoming Bed & Breakfast. Our room was decorated so beautifully as is the rest of the house, the bed was amazingly comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. I cannot wait to go back. Had some terrific conversations with fellow guests, and the innkeepers. They respected all COVID precautions while still being homey and welcoming. Would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

My husband and I spent our first anniversary here, and we're so glad we did. The Hilltop House is a gorgeous home. We stayed in the Sunshine room. Everything was immaculate, and breakfast was delicious (complete with berries from Sandy's garden). Sandy was a sweetheart! We would definitely come back.

The inn is beautiful: the tasteful decor is fitting for this circa 1909 house. The rooms are absolutely immaculate. Sandy, the innkeeper, is friendly and welcoming, and very knowledgeable about Dutchess county attractions and eateries. She's also a terrific cook: I looked forward to breakfast every day. It was nice to wake up to the aroma of gourmet coffee brewing, and bacon and eggs. During COVID, she is also doing what needs to be done to keep guests safe: no shared bathrooms, no breakfast buffet table, guests spaced out at breakfast, and breakfast times staggered as well. We loved staying here and we'd go back again.

Wonderful B&B! Sandy is a great host! We had a lovely stay - wonderful location. Great breakfast - especially the cinnamon toast! and the bike ride on the rail trail was great! Definitely a place to check out. Also, Sandy had GREAT recommendations for local restaurants.

My boyfriend and I had the BEST time at Hilltop House Bed & Breakfast. Not only was the B&B well decorated and charming, but the hospitality that Sandy provided was impeccable! Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious and Sandy had lots of recommendations of things to do in the area. We will definitely be planning a stay here again in the near future!! I can't recommend this place enough!
