Cozy and idyllic organic farm with more than comfortable rooms And truly wonderful hospitality. It was a short ride to downtown Hudson (7 min) but parking was Easy. There's a nice easy hike to a waterfall nearby that is good for kids but the grounds of the farm are also beautiful. Mary was an awesome person and great chef! She left us homemade snacks every afternoon which we enjoyed by the fire. We would definitely visit again, possibly in the summer when we could enjoy the outdoor pool and pond.

Super comfy beds in a darling country bed and breakfast, wood burning fireplace, saltwater pool (in Season), long country walks with gorgeous long vistas and delicious breakfasts all make for a memorable stay. Our host, Mary, is as friendly and helpful as her home is inviting. Highly recommended!

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Thyme in the Country. Mary was incredibly inviting and made us feel right at home. Everything from the homemade snacks and breakfast to the cozy bedrooms and the beautiful farmland made our stay feel so welcomed and filled with activities, yet so peaceful and relaxing.nnThe property has a great salt water pool and outdoor shower, which were really nice surprises coming from a city without either. The free range chickens roaming the farm are quite friendly and entertaining, and there is even an Alpaca farm across the road, which I highly recommend checking out to anyone staying at Mary’s B&B.nnOur weekend was accompanied by warm breezes and sunny skies, but I cannot wait to return in the coming months when the leaves change color and Mary builds a bonfire in the yard to cozy up and enjoy the crisp Fall air.nnThe downtown street of Hudson is charming, but there is only so much to do before you wish you were feeding Alpacas and relaxing out in the countryside at Thyme in the Country. Can’t wait to visit again soon!nn-David & Peter

Thyme in the Country is a hidden jewel! The host, Mary is super thoughtful in every detail from the food which come from the backyard garden, fresh and yummy to very attentive to taking care of your needs and make you feel like home! WIll absolutely come back for another stay!!

We found this charmer near Hudson, NY, where beds are comfy and Mary, the proprietor, serves hot coffee and steamed milk in the morning delivered to one’s room. Breakfast was delicious. The food is both abundant and top quality, made with home grown and local ingredients. The property is quiet and surrounded by a wonderful garden. Forget Main Street in Hudson. Thyme in the Country is a winner.
