My in-laws lived there. Very nice location. Many retirees who wanted to downsize.
Its quiet, but right near the highway. Its out away from everything, but close enough to be in town in 10 minutes. The main road around it can be bad and icy in the winter as its next to a creek with low burms and no ditches. Overall, nice park.
Great visit but needs google earth to update it's there cuz according to them it's just grass

It's quiet and people are cautious when driving through. It's kept up nicely too
