Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Olean

Nice room, cleannHotel's precautions made us feel safe enough. We liked the Grab and go breakfast in the morning

Plenty of parking . Mobile check in . Room where clean . All staff adhering to COVID protocols . Grab & go breakfast in the morning . Coffee tastes much better than other Marriott’s ! Multiple / fast elevators . Quiet location right across from the university . Groceries stores & dinning available near by . Just wished the windows opened for fresh air (-: . Microwave & mini fridge in the room with a separate “living room” area .

Be aware... Management is not enforcing the New York mask mandate. A couple of unmasked clients were bullishly joining people on the elevator and in the common areas, purposely breaking social distancing guidelines. I called it out to staff, but they didn't do anything. This is the second Marriott property where we have experienced this. The last one was in Wisconsin, and they allowed a unmasked wedding party to take over the common areas.

Very nice hotel. We stayed in a 2 queen one bedroom suite with a living room. Very nice size, and very clean. Central to a lot of attractions.

Clean and pleasant place to spend the night before a visit to St. Bonaventure
