We stopped by Electric Bikes of New England to check out some bikes that our local dealer did not sell. Ray was very helpful in letting us see the bikes that we were interested in seeing, but also in letting us compare them to others. We ended up test riding 3 different models and settled on a pair that were different from what we originally thought we might want. Ray's knowledge helped educate us where we needed it. Because we hadn't anticipated a purchase that day we didn't come prepared to take two bikes with us. They shipped the bikes to us and we had a small problem with one of the bikes when it arrived. We got it resolved quickly and easily, but Ray stood willing to make everything good for us. All in all it was a great experience and we're thrilled with our bikes. I would highly recommend Electric Bikes of New England.

Ray and Gail were/are so very nice, caring, patient, knowledgeable and professional. I am SO HAPPY WE CHOSE THEM to buy our new Magnum bike from.nThe amount of patience Ray had with my son while selecting a bike was so comforting. He and Gail made us both feel so welcomed. Ray took his time going over everything with us to make sure we were going to be happy with our purchase. Very accommodating, to say the least.nThese are not pushy sales people; far from it; which made our experience that much more pleasant.nI definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to purchase an e-bike. The selection of e-bikes alone is worth the trip! So many different bikes to choose from. I may even go back and get one for myself!nThank you Ray and Gail. The pleasure was ours.

Excellent service and instructions for novice ebike riders. My wife and I never rode before , Joe went over and beyond to explain each benefit of each bike we tested. Never tried to rush us and took the time so we were comfortable and felt he fit the bike that suit our level of safety. I would highly recommend this Company. I visited several times before purchasing. My wife is an Electrical Engineer, very detailed , Joe was outstanding in answering all her concerns.

A family run business that makes you feel welcome as soon as you enter the showroom. It was raining the day we scheduled our test rides yet staff stood in the rain with us as we tried model after model. We were impressed with the knowledge of staff/owners but were even more impressed by their patience. We now have two new ebikes and feel great about the overall experience.
