This was the only place that allowed me, my daughter and our dog to stay after we were turned away by 2 other places while beginning a travel nursing assignment in Vermont. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean in addition to the pool, Jacuzzi and other amenities. This place deserves more than a 3-star rating.
I received a friendly greeting by the hostess upon my arrival. My room was quiet and clean. The bed/linens/pillows were really comfortable.
If it wasn't for their fabulous manager Cali, we might not be going back. She understands customer service and though I would hate not to see her face when we visit, she should be promoted to upper management. The most suitable replacement of all the desk clerks we met would be Spring. She and Cali make your stay a joy and should be rewarded for the great job they do.
Clean, friendly staff. Salt water pool and jacuzzi was fun. Comfy bed. Close to downtown Littleton and resturants. I'd return.
