This motel is the only option in town, so i suppose it serves its purpose. The employee at the front desk spoke little English. The door of our room that leads to the parking lot was very difficult to latch. A small push would open it without the key. It took repeated attempts to communicate this issue to the management. One of the bath towels was in rough shape, not discovered until we went to use it. Folded to the inside was a huge bare spot in the terry cloth! Lots of small issues that felt like inattention to detail and general lack of caring from the mgmt.
The owner was very nice to have breakfast ready early for us.
I'm a truck driver and found myself stranded in Tecumseh yesterday due to the storm and opted to stay at the Super 7. They had parking in the back for my truck which was a plus. I was pleasantly surprised as when you stay in a small town hotel you never know what you're going to get. The room was clean, warm, and a flat screen with lots of stations was mounted on the wall. Shower was good. Staff was friendly. Lastly you just cant beat the price I paid. If I ever find myself stranded in tecumseh Nebraska again I would stay there.
Fiance is here AS WE SPEAK and found a COCKROACH on his bed and a grasshopper ?nnThis place is horrific
Absolutely perfect! The staff was helpful to my son and I. We stayed two night for this year's gun season opener for deer. Thank you for making it a great trip, hope to see you guys next year, thank you.
