First room we stayed in was not clean. Tub you could write your name in and then when taking shower it back up in tub with black liquid. Staff moved us to next room. Tub was dirty still had a partial bar of soap on side , but tub did not back up. Sticky stuff on bathroom floor at tub. Heater stayed at 86 had to actually unplug it or it kept running. Told staff they were willing to move us a 3rd time. We were tired and refused to move. Last day there before check out maid actually asked us which bed we slept in and only changed that bedding and never bothered to clean. With COVID on the rise you would think the maid would do a better job at cleaning and not complain that she had 22 rooms to clean. Must not worry about keeping her job. Main staff was great but maid service stunk.
Front desk requested documentation for the service animal which we provided even though ADA prohibits asking for this. The front desk staff wouldn't check us in because of an apparent flag on some sort of background check on a California driver's license. They didn't show us the results when asked twice. The person that was background checked is a 4th year vet student. I have a strong suspicion, especially since I saw four or five no pet signs, that we were discriminated against because of the service animal. Feeling discriminated against because of a disability feels terrible.
The best place,very clean and comfortable beds.People on the front desk are wonderful and friendly.I loved it.Please keep it that way or more.Thankyou for your hospitality.
Very clean room. New fridge quite ac unit. Highly recommended
I stayed there january 19 2021 and the front desk clerk was very nice and she knew spanish since I dont know english too well and rooms were clean
