Warning: Do not use this company. I’m regretful I tried, but all I received from this company was a leaking roof, a hand full of excuses, and a sick feeling in my stomach.nnI was left with subpar work and a leaking roof that was caused by damage they did during the installation of the Leaf Guard system. The “salesman” they hired to install the system did an incredibly poor job, was extremely incompetent and unprofessional, made insinuations about my wife “bitching,” and bragged about witnessing a lewd act during his weekend.nnA regret is that I gave them multiple opportunities to make it right which went on for over a month due to delays and excuses. I voiced my concerns to the owners and even discussed having to go to the Better Business Bureau because I felt completely helpless. I was told by one of the owners about the BBB: “that’s fine we’ve had complaints from the BBB before! And after you pay your bill you can go cry to whoever you want. Nobody cares!!” I was then called several names, which doesn’t surprise me given the lack of professionalism and the type of people that work at this place. I have never been treated so poorly. I’m still in shock that the owner of this business would feel comfortable verbally abusing a customer. Tim and Bob: If you’re reading this, hopefully it was worth it.
Lifetime Exteriors was so prompt in responding to 2 leaking pipe vents and with more heavy rain in the forecast I needed help right away! Tom responded with urgency and the same day they replaced 2 plumbing boots. Great customer service and Tom was so very nice to work with.nnKathy D.
Jamie and Lastime Exteriors were great to work with! Jamie was professional and eager to save my wife and I money on our new roof. He took all of the stress out of this major expense by communicating with our insurance company and securing us more money for our claim. His team was also punctual and completed their work quickly. I will enthusiastically recommend that friends and family work with Jamie and his business in the future!
We used Lastime in 2013 to replace our wood shingle roof with stone coated steel. We've been in several hail events since and my neighbor is replacing her presidential asphalt roof done at the same time. Ours still looks great and the folks were easy to work with, we also just put in a shed using the same material to match the house. Looks great, hail rated and a great company to work with. Stone coated steel is the way to go...
Jamie and Lastime did a fantastic job with our roof! He got us more money on our insurance claim & gave us a great deal on the steel coated roof. Would absolutely recommend them. Worth every penny to get the upgraded & more durable roof. Love the look & functionality! 5 out of 5.
