I had new Fascia installed since the old ripped off and exposed wood that had rotted away. I had been trying to get ahold of my original roofer who kept putting me off for several weeks. So I called Done Right based on what I’ve seen on the Neighborhood App and it was easy. Every crazy question I asked was answered. And I wasn’t asked if I needed to check with my husband which is a huge plus for me (there is no husband). Everything looks great and without any hassle! I still haven’t heard back from my original roofer so Done Right will hear from me again when the time comes.
Curt was out within 2 hours of my call. They called when they had a cancelation and got the work completed in 3 days. Amazing!! Thank you so much!
These guys were awesome! They took the time to drive literally across town to do a job for me on short notice and they did excellent work. They carefully explained everything, thier office communicated promptly, and they were funny at the same time. I would happily recommend this company and they will be my first choice going forward
We had extensive damage to our home from a hail storm and decided to use Done Right for all of the repairs and are glad we did. Curt Templeton was fantastic to work with and had a great deal of patience and knowledge from start to finish. From the very beginning Curt took the time to explain the process to us and answered all of our questions. Furthermore he went above and beyond working with my insurance company in the background to ensure everything would be handled appropriately. Curt and his team handled the entire process with skill and professionalism and I'm convinced it wouldn't have turned out the same had we gone with anyone else. We'll gladly turn to Done Right for any home improvements we have in the future.
