I really appreciate how John has helped me with my new bike purchase. I have been looking for a specific bike and none of my local shops in Florida could get one in stock until sometime next year 2021. Wayne Cyclery had one in stock 1200 miles+ from my home. I contacted them and John was a joy to work with to complete my purchase. He packaged the bike and had it ready to ship to me. Got the bike in great shape and I’m really pleased with the customer service and the fantastic communication Mr. Wayne provided. If one day, I find myself near Grand Isle NE I will make sure to stop by and say hello. Thank you Wayne Cyclery for a wonderful experience.

Really appreciated how John answered all my questions and educated me over the phone. Respect that during this time of Covid 19, John let me know that if I wanted to enter the store a mask was required, if I didn't have one, he would be glad to meet with me outside!
