Honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t understand how this place can have so many positive reviews. It was absolutely filthy. Even the toiletries in the room has stains on them. The whole hotel smells like cigarettes covered with air freshener. The water pressure was non existent. There was trash littering the hallways and the elevators. No one. (And I mean no one) in the hotel was wearing masks.nnThe only redeeming quality was the man at the front desk was helpful and kind. Great customer service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. It’s gross! The workers are so nice, but we got checked in got into our rooms, the carpets stained badly, smelt like sewer, we had gum in our ac unit, the ceilings looks like they have water damage, we had kids staying with us and all you could smell down our hallways was marijuana, some of the doors had pizza sauce I keep thinking it was because it was red. Awful experience, we checked the beds for bed bugs and everything but I was sitting on the bed and got bit by something couldn’t see it my leg broke out, you walk across the room and all you do is get shocked, or shock each other. The hotel was just GROSS.

I was not correctly informed on the total cost of my stay. They told me $89 was going to be charged to my card. That would include a pet fee for my dog. This is not the case, I was charged an additional $28 on top of that. When I called to ask why the pet fee was separate and why I was not informed of this up front, the lady laughed at me said I signed the waiver and hung up the phone. I felt like they scammed me. Not to mention the room was disgusting! There was a used soap bar in the shower and the pillows stunk like cigarettes. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The room wasn’t horrible. But the rest of our experience was SO BAD. Elevators took forever to get to us. We were in a rush and waited 5 minutes and took the stairs. Had to get our own towels, a few lights didn’t work in the room. Oh and it’s been a month since I stayed and have yet to get my $100 back. They say it’s on the banks side but my mom works there and they have not received anything from them. But they are SURE it’s the banks fault even though it happens to them all the time. island how this hotel has this many stars. It fu***** sucks.

Up until my recent stay, my experice here was great. However, this time upon entering my suite my bathroom was dirty( ring of grime on tub and toilet) that I had to clean. There was old dried gum wrapped on the rack that the tea and coffee stuff sits on. And then I found blood on my comforter after having slept with it all night and part of the day. I will be leaving this hotel feeling very dirty and bothered..
