A really nice water park for kids of all ages. My family spent almost all day there and had a great time. The water slides are a ton of fun. The only reason I didn’t give this place 5 stars is none of the other activities listed were functionally the time(mini golf). Overall, it was a great experience and fairly priced. Would recommend to anyone.nnWe did not stay at the attached hotel because of the bad reviews and I think I’m glad we didn’t. It did seem kind of run down.

I had called earlier in the week to ask about the pool and breakfast options, told the pool was open and they had prepackaged breakfast options. When we checked in on Thursday night we were told the pool/water park wasn't included with the stay and was an additional fee. They helped us out and gave us complementary passes after I explained I had spoke with 2 people prior and nothing was said about the pool being extra. Thursday night we went to shower and the water was lukewarm at best. Friday after swimming, we went back to the room to get everyone showered and once again, no hot water. The pool water was warmer than the shower water. We called the front desk to tell them, 40 minutes later we hadn't heard anything anything back and the water was still cold so we called again, we were told someone should have already been there, so we waited more. 20 more minutes pass and still nothing, finally I went to the desk and the guy at the desk found an empty room across the hall for us to at least take a hot shower in. Overall it wasn't a horrible stay, but we checked out early and found another hotel.

I booked 2 king suites through a third party. Upon arrival I showed them the booking confirmation stating paid in full. The clerk confirmed and assured me the card on file was for incidentals only. After checking out they charged my card for the full price of the rooms. Given proof of the over charge they have refused to give a refund. Insisting it's the third party booking agents responsibility. Besides this ordeal I felt the rooms were over priced. The ice machines were broken, tub didn't drain well, pull out couch was broken and lumpy, and there was no breakfast as advertised. Very dissatisfied. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

I booked on line. I was given an upgrade. The room was clean, and spacious. I thought the bed was particularly comfortable. I in fact , fell straight to sleep and wax in dream land before I knew it. Still wishing I could bring that.bed home. Did I mention there was a fire place? Anyway , I do recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be welcomed with a smile and professionalism, find a room with all the amenities and comfort anyone could want or need.
